A George III mahogany longcase clock, the 12ins arched brass dial with silvered chapter ring, Roman and Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds dial, scroll cast spandrels and showing phases of the moon to the arch, to the eight day two train five pillar movement striking on a bell, contained in mahogany case with fretted pediment (damaged) and moulded cornice, turned, fluted and brass stopped pillars to hood, shaped trunk door fitted in figured mahogany and flanked by fluted and brass stopped quarter columns, the base with raised astragal panel, on plinth base with shaped apron and bracket feet, 92ins high
