A Selection of Items Relating to Arthur Charles West as Chief Constable, including - a 20th Century Portsmouth City police helmet in black cloth with plated ball finials mounts and chin strap, pair of plated dress spurs, two police whistles, a 19th Century turned wood and painted truncheon worded "Portsea Parish", 14.5ins overall, and one other turned wood truncheon, 13ins overall, a brass mounted black and a selection of photographs
