Griffin, Chester 1919, of shaped outline engraved with leaf scroll ornament to centre, 12.25ins x 8.75ins, weight 10ozs, and a George VI silver mounted and glass claret jug, Birmingham 1943, with oval fluted body and stopper for same, 8.75ins overall
Provenance: Arthur Charles West OBE, KPM, Chief Constable of Portsmouth from 1st August 1940-6th July 1958 and Chief Constable of the British Transport Commission from 6th July 1958-31st August 1963
