A Victorian Lady's Figured Walnut, Marquetry and Gilt Brass Mounted Bureau Cabinet in the French Style, the top and shaped slope crossbanded in kingwood, the upper part fitted with a small display cabinet with one velour covered shelf, enclosed by a pair of doors with gilt brass leaf mouldings and kingwood bandings, flanked by side columns with conforming mounts, shaped slope with ebonised moulded edge enclosing three small drawers and two wells with sliding tops, with shaped and bevelled edges, apron, and on conforming square cabriole legs with gilt brass mounts and sabots, 33ins wide x 22ins deep x 49ins high
