Benson, 25 Old Bond Street, London, the movement stamped "BH" and No. 558, the 3ins diameter white enamelled dial with circular Arabic numeral cartouches to the eight day two train movement striking on a bell, contained in case with arched tops and leaf capped columns to corners, the cresting, front panel, frieze and side panels inset with blue Jasperware panels depicting putti and classical maidens, 12ins high, and key for same
