A Victorian silver oval inkstand with shaped and moulded scroll mounts to rim, on panel feet, complete with two heavy slice cut bulbous ink pots with shaped silver rims (mounts loose), and with central hexagonal baluster taper stick, 8.5ins x 6ins x 5ins high, by Henry Wilkinson, Sheffield 1858 (weighable silver 10ozs and inscribed "Presented (together with a Purse of Gold) to the Revd. George Whitlock by the Inhabitants of Walkden, Worsley, as a token of their esteem and affection on the occasion of his leaving the district, Nov. 1860")
