A pair of Chinese blue and white porcelain circular plates decorated with a lake scene with a figure on a boat to foreground, with stylised borders, 12.75ins (325mm) diameter (Qianlong period - one cracked) Provenance : The Kathleen Phillips Collection of Chinese Porcelain, formerly on loan to the Powell Cotton Museum, Quex Park, Birchington, Kent. Included in Exhibition "Canton to Canterbury" July 30th to October 1st 1989, Catalogue Nos. 89 and 90
