Sunday 10 Apr, 2022 - 10.00amA Mid 18th Century Walnut Table Clock, by William Poulton of London, the 6.5ins arched brass dial with wide silvered chapter ring with Roman and Arabic numerals, with strike/silent dial to arch, mock aperture and date aperture, to the eight day two train movement now with anchor escapement and later pendulum, striking and repeating on seven bells, the back plate engraved with leaf scroll ornament, contained in walnut inverted bell topped case with cross-grained mouldings, plain arched panels to sides and on block feet, 17.75ins high
