A George Jones Majolica Game Pie Dish and Cover, Circa 1873, of oval form moulded with a frieze of rabbits seated among grasses and ferns, the handles modelled as entwined branches, the cover with a gamebird finial and its brood nestled amongst ferns and grasses on a turquoise ground, 14ins x 8.5ins x 8.75ins high, with diamond registration mark and indistinct painted shape number to base
