An early 19th Century mahogany longcase clock by William Reynolds of Launceston, the 12ins arched silvered dial with Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds dial and date aperture, the arch engraved with an eagle and worded "Tempus Fugit", to the eight day two train movement striking on a bell, contained in figured mahogany case with arched and moulded cornice and turned pillars to hood, the door with shaped edge to mask, the arched trunk door flanked by quarter columns, on plinth base, 86.5ins high
