A George III mahogany longcase clock by Joseph Lum of London, the 12ins arched brass dial with wide silvered chapter ring with Roman and Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds dial and date aperture and with matted dial centre, the arch with Strike/Silent dial, to the eight day two train movement striking on a bell, contained in mahogany case, the hood with swept top and with triple bronzed flambeau finials, arched and moulded cornice and turned fluted and brass stopped columns, shaped figured trunk door, on raised moulded double plinth base, 99ins high (including finials)
