A 19th Century "North Country" mahogany longcase clock by Ingham of Ripon, the 14ins arched painted dial with Arabic numerals and with subsidiary seconds and calendar dial, the arch painted with a view of a country house and with floral spandrels, to the eight day two train movement striking on a bell, contained in mahogany case, inlaid with chequered bandings and boxwood stringings, hood with moulded scroll pediment and slender turned and fluted columns to hood, shaped central door flanked by quarter columns and with conforming plinth base, with bracket feet, 88ins high
