Over 100 Lots of medals up for auction in our April 2016 Sale!


The Canterbury Auction Galleries can announce that our upcoming April Sale will include over 100 Lots of medals, ranging in conflicts from Waterloo to Port Stanley.


Lot 616: A Victoria Naval General Service Medal dated 1844 with "Martinique" and "St. Domingo" clasps to "George Smith"

Estimated at £500-700


The medals will commence at Lot 604 and conclude at Lot 731 and will be up for auction on the 13th of April 2016, day two of our April Sale; an important date for any medal collector! 



Lot 661: A group of five George V First World War medals comprising, 1914-15 Star, British War Medal, Victory Medal, Royal Naval Long Service Good Conduct Medal, and Royal Marines Meritorious Service Medal to "Sergeant G. Lambert, R.L.M.I."

Lot 604: An 1815 Waterloo Medal to "James Gough, 2nd Battalion of 35th Regiment of Foot"
